An SBA 7(a) loan is the most basic and most used type loan of the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) business loan programs, which includes financial help for businesses with special requirements.

An SBA 504 Loan Program provides long-term, fixed rate financing of up to $5 million for major fixed assets that promote business growth and job creation.

- Purchase of fixed assets
(business property, large equipment) - Refinance of qualified debt on eligible assets.
Term
- First Loan – 10-year maturity with a 25-year amortization.
- Second Loan – 20 to 25 years, fully amortized
